About Garde-robe K

Atelier of bespoke clothing for women

The story of Garde-robe K atelier is a heartfelt journey that weaves together two generations—a mother and daughter—united by a shared passion for fashion, creativity, elegance, and sophistication. From an early age, Kiriaki exhibited a natural talent and love for design, sewing clothes for her dolls. This passion led her to study fashion design, pattern making, and tailoring, culminating in the opening of her first women's clothing atelier just before becoming a mother. It was within this atelier that little Kleio took her first steps, surrounded by patterns, fabrics, colours, and the endless possibilities of creation.

Years later, Kiriaki moved to Athens, where she collaborated with esteemed set and costume designers, crafting costumes for some of Greece’s most prestigious theaters.

Kleio, though she initially pursued studies in economics, always felt a deep pull toward the creative world. With the rich experiences of her childhood in her mother’s atelier and formal education in Interior Design and Fashion at the University of the Arts London, she set off on a new professional path.

And so, driven by their shared love for meticulously crafted, high-quality, and timeless fashion, mother and daughter founded Garde-robe K. This women's clothing atelier, located in Heraklion, Attica, brings together the wisdom of tradition and experience with a fresh, contemporary vision.
