This information remains strictly confidential. Garde-robe K reserves the right to use this information to send updates on offers or new products to customers or registered users.

 

Availability of Products

The Customer is informed about the products and their availability, through indications in the online store. Garde-robe K reserves the right not to accept a specific order and therefore not to complete the sale, if the products are not available at the time of the order. In case the lack of availability concerns part of the products of the order, the remaining part of the order is executed normally, unless the Customer declares that he does not wish for the partial execution of the order, in which case Garde-robe K will cancel the order. Any occurred payments are returned to the Customer without delay, in the same way, that the Customer chose to pay for his order. In the event that a product is not available after the final registration of the order, Garde-robe K informs the Customer of its delivery time. If the time is not satisfactory to the Customer, the order is canceled and in the event of a payment made by the customer for the specific order, Garde-robe K will return the payment to the customer without delay and in the same way that the Customer chose to pay for his order.

Ways of ordering

You can place your order through our online store www.garderobek.gr. You can also purchase our products at our physical store located in 9a Vakhou str., Neo Irakleio, p.c.14122, Athens.

 

Shipping

For online orders, enjoy free shipping throughout Greece for purchases over €200. The delivery time is 1 to 3 working days.

Payment methods

You can pay for your order in the following ways:

•Credit card (Our company does not store your credit card information for any reason).

•Pay on delivery. Pay for your order with its delivery to your place. This method is charged with €1.90.

•Bank account deposit at Alpha Bank.

In case you choose bank deposit, this must be done within 24 hours otherwise the order will be cancelled. You should fill in your full name as per your order. The process of processing your order will start right after the receipt of your payment.

 

Order Processing – Pricing Policy

In case of a purchase using credit card and as soon as you have completed your order, you will receive an automated e-mail stating the details of your order, which is not a binding acceptance of the order by Garde-robe K, but a confirmation of receipt of the order to be processed. The submission of the order entails the customer's automatic recognition of the commitment to complete the payment to Garde-robe K.

Irrespectively of any subsequent variation in prices and as long as it is a product that is listed ‘’available’’ in the order acceptance e-mail, the customer always pays the price that was agreed upon at the time of finalizing the order. After the finalization and confirmation of the order, there follows the process of confirming your bank deposit (if you chose "Bank Deposit") as the payment method, collecting the goods from the warehouse, preparing the shipment and shipping the product ordered.

 In the event that your order is pending, you will be sent a corresponding e-mail. Alternatively, we will contact you on the telephone number you have provided us with when registering or when completing the order on our website.

Sending out these update messages is an automated process by our system and there is no way to disable them, as it is part of the progress of your order. It is your obligation, in the event that you do not receive the relevant e-mails, in accordance with the general conditions governing our transactions, to inform us without delay.

Your products are delivered as quickly as possible, usually in one to three working days from the time you have placed your order and in any case, the delivery time does not exceed 30 days.

Order delivery

Collection from our physical store:

If the Customer, when submitting his order, chooses collection from Garde-robe K, located at 9a Vakhou str. Neo Irakleio, 14122 Athens, will not be charged shipping costs and will receive electronic notification of the collection time from our physical store. The Customer is obliged to receive his order within three calendar days at the latest, after receiving the relevant notification for his order collection. If the Customer does not collect the purchased products, Garde-robe K has the right to cancel the order or withdraw from the sale of the specific products and has no responsibility whatsoever.

An extension of the deadline is acceptable, only for reasons of force majeure and if Garde-robe K has been notified in writing in due time. The Company reserves the right not to accept an order from a Customer who, for whatever reason, repeatedly does not collect its order.  

 For the collection of the order, the Customer must show the confirmation of the order (order number), the notice for the collection and an official identification document (ID, passport). The Customer, upon receipt, must check the products he receives, as with his signature he confirms that he received them properly and upon receipt, the risk passes to the Customer.

Shipping to the address chosen by the Customer: If the Customer, when submitting his order, chooses to send the products to a place of his choice, the products are delivered to a cooperating transport company (courier) and the Customer will receive an electronic notification that the product is ready to be shipped. The Customer will be informed by the courier company about the delivery time. Shipping costs are borne by the Customer and are calculated based on his order when it is submitted. For online orders, enjoy free shipping throughout Greece for purchases over €200.  

To receive the order, the Customer must present the order confirmation (order number), the notification for the shipment and an official identification document (ID, passport) to the employee of the cooperating carrier. Upon receipt, the Customer must check the products he receives, as with his signature he confirms that he received them properly and upon receipt, the risk passes to the Customer. 

If the Customer does not receive the products even after receiving the shipping notification and despite the relevant notification from the carrier, the Company reserves the right to either cancel the order or withdraw from the sale.
