For all product returns it is necessary that the products are in their original condition, unused and returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.

Cost of return

Shipping costs for exchanging a product are borne by the customer. If for any reason you do not wish to exchange a product and wish for a refund, then shipping costs are excluded from the refund. The same applies to orders with free shipping. If the product returned was ordered with free shipping, shipping costs are excluded from the return. If the product is defective, the shipping costs are borne by our company.

Refunds are done within 14 calendar days from the day we have received the returned product. The product is the customer's responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you ship the package using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Products that are purchased with a discount of 30% or more or are part of older collections, are only accepted for product exchange and not for refund. REFUND - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

A full refund is made when the product is delivered either defective or wrongly shipped and we cannot replace it with a similar one. If the product you purchased does not meet your expectations and is a product that exchange can be applied, you have the right of withdrawal. As soon as we receive the goods in their original condition, within 14 days we will deposit the full amount you paid for the product into an account you indicate to us.  • In cases where the products have been used.

• In cases where the delivered products are not suitable for return once unsealed, due to health protection or hygiene reasons
